Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with RUVIANE. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is in the original packaging with all tags attached

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: Some items such as earrings or intimate apparel may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at admin@ruviane.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@ruviane.com. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll make it right – either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank or credit card statement

  • Then contact your payment provider – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at admin@ruviane.com


6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
